Hunt Groups / Ring Groups

You may only need your Kall8 number to ring on your office line or your cell phone. But if your needs are more involved, such as the need to try several different numbers of various personnel or at multiple locations, then Kall8 can do that too.

Kall8 can distribute your calls between multiple numbers using hunt groups (also known as Rings Groups). You can specify to distribute your callers evenly among a group of numbers or sequentially in a specified order.

Options for Hunt Groups

• Play an initial greeting before hunting begins.
• Play music on hold or a custom recording while hunting is in progress.
• Set a maximum hunting time limit.
• Choose an option to perform if the call is not answered.
• Deactivate/reactivate hunt group numbers online.

Hunt Group Rates

A hunt group with up to five numbers is just $5 to set up and $5 per month. You can add additional numbers to a hunt group for 50¢ each per month.

Low Usage Fees

There are no minimum usage requirements. You only pay when you use minutes. Usage fees are billed to your credit card.
